Meet Louis, Nastasia, Noah and Luke
Born and raised in Secunda, Mpumalanga, Louis and Nastasia are the creative duo behind Timberworx, a handcrafted furniture brand born from passion, purpose, and a touch of necessity.
Louis, a qualified Health and Safety Manager, always had a love for working with wood and steel.
Frustrated by the lack of character in mass-produced furniture, he began creating pieces that blend craftsmanship with durability.
Nastasia, with her keen eye for design and home décor, found joy in curating beautiful, functional spaces.
After years of living and working abroad—and upon their return to South Africa, they found that quality furniture came at a steep price - so they decided to build their own. What started as a practical solution quickly grew into a shared passion for designing unique, artistic furniture that transforms houses into homes.
Together, they create with intention: blending modern minimalism with raw, natural materials to craft furniture that tells a story.
